Custom Concepts offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any customized merchandise that is less than satisfactory upon receipt is eligible for a redo or full refund. We care about the quality of our products and the happiness of our customers. Thank you for being here.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
